It could make us directly communicate without node when the optional equipment broke down or out of power to make sure normal communication in the whole telecommunication system. It is widely used in Optical Line Protection System like PDH,SDH system, C/DWDM system, electric telecommunication exclusive net as well as CATV optical net.
